Job summary

Premier Subaru of Fremont in Fremont, CA is seeking energetic automotive sales consultants. You will build relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and guide prospects through our proven sales process to close deals with a premium buying experience.

As part of Premier Automotive Group, you will greet customers, determine suitable vehicles, and manage pricing, paperwork, and follow-up. Training is provided, and a valid driver’s license is required to support test drives and

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry welcomed and training is provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM/DMS quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are needed.

Job Location: Premier Subaru of Fremont - Fremont, CA 94538

Salary Range: $17.75 - $17.75 Base+Commission/month

Ideal candidates will be outgoing, persuasive, persistent and motivated to make money. You will succeed with training and guidance from our Management Team. We value and invest in our employees.

Essential duties (others may be assigned)

• Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and close deals while ensuring each customer has a premium buy experience.


• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs


• Lead customers through proven steps that develop leads into sales


• Communicate sales price, close deals and complete paperwork


• Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you


• Attend sales meetings


• Complete regular training and adhere to our policies and procedures


• Utilize the CRM and DMS systems

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome - We will train you!


• Have or be able to obtain a salesperson license (where required by law)


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Basic computer skills


• Professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver's license and good driving record
