Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a training professional to help customers implement and adopt our software solutions across dealership networks. Expect to travel about 80% of the time, conduct on-site training, and tailor the system to each dealership’s needs.

During the initial 2–3 months of training, you’ll receive classroom and on-the-job mentorship, learn product operations, and observe dealerships using Reynolds solutions in action.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time and work from various sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation and training.
• Customize the system for dealership needs and train personnel.
• Support customers from home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for trips and conduct post-implementation follow-ups.
