Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or business management.
• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Recognizes the importance of teamwork and adapts to project needs.
• Fosters relationships with the Operations team and learns the work.
• Understands payroll and HR processes and systems for hiring, transfers, and pay.
• Maintains purchasing workflow internal controls and accounts payable processes.
• Troubleshoots payment or vendor issues in the accounts payable workflow.
• Reviews intercompany and client billing processes and ensures timely billing.
• Ensures costs and adjustments are reviewed for accuracy per reporting standards.
• Assists with forecast/budget issues and cost reporting for management.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and clear communication.
