Mass Electric Construction Co. is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support project accounting and finance tasks across multiple projects.

You will help with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HR processes, and compliance, contributing to month-end close and financial reporting packages. The role offers exposure to national projects and our large-scale operations, with relocation flexibility and travel up to 25% to support diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 0–2 years' financial or data analysis experience is expected.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
• Effective communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 25% for project support.

Responsibilities

• Support project accounting and finance tasks across multiple projects.
• Assist with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance.
• Participate in month-end close activities and prepare financial reporting packages.
• Learn and use cost and revenue components for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate project reporting.
