Job summary

Mass Electric Construction Co. is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support accounting, finance and operations on large construction projects.

You will help with cost control, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable, while contributing to month-end close and financial reporting for project management. Based in the MEC Industrial District, this role requires relocation flexibility nationwide and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
• Travel/relocation up to 50% may be required.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, A/P/A/R for projects.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and reporting for management.
• Contribute to month-end close and financial packages.
• Coordinate with operations and HR for project operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
