Job summary

Mass Electric Construction Co. in the MEC Industrial group seeks an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project financials. You will assist with cost control, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable while learning project accounting methods.

The role offers relocation flexibility and exposure to large-scale construction programs. As part of the Operational Finance team, you will help prepare month-end close packages and financial reports for project management.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel, Pivot Tables, and related data tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Supports cost control and payroll processes across projects.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor payments.
• Assists in month-end close and financial reporting packages.
• Analyzes labor, materials, and subcontract costs for accuracy.
• Collaborates with Operations and project management teams.
