Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations in a computer center or unit computing environment.
• Imaging computers and deploying hardware/software.
• Handle printer maintenance and asset lifecycle tasks.
• Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow and document activities.
• Provide basic user support and knowledge sharing with the team.
