Responsibilities

• Provides basic day-to-day operational support for a computing environment following established procedures.
• Imaging computers and replacing printer toner; asset lifecycle management.
• Supports conference rooms and server/network teams; handles standard service records.
• Maintains documentation and records; manages tickets in ServiceNow.
• Recognizes and reports problems outside the scope of established procedures.
