Responsibilities

• Receive and process FNOL reports via phone and digital channels.
• Create and maintain claim records within company systems.
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, agents, vendors, and internal partners.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support claims operations by gathering, documenting, and maintaining information.
• Process claim file document requests and maintain electronic records.
• Route and manage correspondence, emails, and mail.
• Assist with vendor payments and regulatory requests.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and performance data.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain departmental documentation.
