Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of two years of experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with claims regarding the company’s credit insurance programs.
• Process Life and Disability Insurance claims.
• Verify payments and ensure accuracy on customer accounts.
• Handle account research and customer complaints.
