Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required; inbound call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environment; strong typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with callers for multiple client accounts.
• Educate customers on documentation, time frames, and claim status.
• Enter accurate claim information into the system and document interactions clearly.
• Direct calls to appropriate contacts or escalate as needed.
• Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.
