Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative team or independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent required; inbound call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; PC literate and able to type efficiently.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
• Assist with questions and solve problems related to the claims application and servicing processes.
• Perform claim intake and full-service customer support within regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Educate customers on required documentation, timelines, payments, and claim status.
• Document calls concisely in the system and escalate when needed.
• Attend scheduled work hours and support multiple clients across channels.
