As a County Caseworker 1, you will address safety concerns, gather information, document cases, coordinate resources, and promote emotional and behavioral development for children and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a County Social Services Aide 3 and two years of college coursework including 12 credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• A bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training with 12 credits in social sciences and one year in paraprofessional case management.
• Educational requirements may be met within two months of graduating with qualifying degree/credits.
