Quaker Houghton is seeking an entry-level production employee in Middletown, OH. You will follow manufacturing instructions to perform production and shipping duties, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role involves operating equipment, handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate batch documentation while supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year entry level; 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Positive team oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and ensure high product quality.
• Prepare vessels, pumps, hoses and unload containers per instructions.
• Fill containers, label, palletize and ship per orders; update batch docs.
• Maintain inventory by staging, transferring in JDE, and counts.
• Load/unload trucks and rail cars; handle materials with equipment.
• Perform shipping operations in JDE and communicate delays.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Contain and report spills; participate in safety activities.
• Assist in investigations of customer complaints; support team as needed.
