C100 Quaker Houghton US OPS in Middletown is seeking a production operator responsible for following manufacturing instructions to perform production and shipping duties while ensuring quality and safety standards. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in the safety committee.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, have some production experience, and be able to lift heavy materials. The company offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year production experience; 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move drums up to 500 pounds with mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and consistently.
• Load/unload box trucks and rail cars manually or with material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and respond to deviations.
• Communicate late shipments and prepare UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Participate routinely in the site safety committee.
