Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read batch sheets and SOPs.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.
• Basic math and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely per training and work instructions.
• Prepare and unload materials, label, palletize, and ship per tickets.
• Maintain batch records and perform inventory counts.
• Load/unload trucks and rail cars using appropriate equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints.
