Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Chemical Operator I to follow manufacturing instructions, operate production equipment, and ensure on-time production and shipment with top quality and safety.

You will prepare vessels, inspect containers, load shipments, and maintain batch records while complying with plant policies. Required are forklift experience, ability to read batch sheets and SOPs, and 3–5 years of manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely to ensure quality.
• Prepare vessels, pumps and hoses for unloading per instructions.
• Inspect containers for cleanliness and integrity before filling.
• Fill containers per batch ticket and prepare for shipment with labeling and palletizing.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation in the system and perform inventory transfers in JDE.
