Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a production associate to operate equipment, prepare vessels and ship finished goods on a 12-hour shift (6:00 am–6:30 pm). You will unload, label, palletize, and wrap containers, while maintaining batch records and clean work areas.

The role requires reading batch sheets and SOPs, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable attendance. You will also load/unload trucks and rail cars, use forklifts, and assist in inventory tracking and safety initiatives in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year production experience; 1-2 years preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Positive team oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following training and work instructions to ensure safety and high product quality.
• Prepare mixing vessels, pumps and hoses for unloading and handle containers for shipment.
• Fill containers per batch ticket, label, palletize and wrap for shipment; complete related work orders in JDE.
• Maintain documentation for batch records; calculate batch yields and track inventory.
• Load/unload trucks, rail cars and use forklifts for material handling.
• Assist in labeling/packaging finished products and ensure proper labeling.
