Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level position with 0 years of experience.
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and valid license.
• Familiarity with ladder and basic hand/power tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Able to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
• Good time management and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises per standards.
• Ensure RF and signal levels meet specifications to reduce callbacks.
• Maintain communication with leadership and dispatch for productive routing and safety.
• Provide customer education and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
• Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned.
