Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in a 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch management. The role focuses on helping customers meet financial goals, originating new loan business, and educating customers on lending services.

A relocation package is provided for promotions beyond 50 miles, and the position is 100% onsite with strong growth opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background and credit checks and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting their financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and achieving sales goals.
• Manage loan applications, risk analysis, and loan closings; handle insurance claims as needed.
