Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and management. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch with growth and relocation opportunities.

The role focuses on helping customers meet financial goals, originating loan business, and educating customers on lending services. A relocation package is provided for promotions to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist in loan applications, closings and related processes.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
