Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in the United States. You will start in a paid training program for 18–24 months and then manage your own branch.

You’ll assist in recruiting, training, and implementing sales plans to hit goals while promoting core values and delivering exceptional customer service. As you grow, relocation to a promoted branch is often required, and a full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to relocate for promotion and willingness to relocate for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Educate customers on lending services and help through the loan process.
