Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to start a career path toward Branch Manager. You will learn branch operations through an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch with relocation support upon promotion.

The role focuses on originating loans, assisting customers, and delivering strong service while meeting sales targets. A relocation package is provided for moves beyond 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background, driving, and relocation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing loan originations and promoting consumer lending products.
• Support branch operations, credit decisions, closings and risk analysis.
• Help recruit, train and implement sales plans to meet goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
