Republic Finance, LLC is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in a fully onsite role. You will learn branch operations through paid training and help customers with loan products while building a path toward management.

With a Bachelor’s degree and some customer-facing sales experience, you’ll support sales goals, receive competitive benefits, and participate in a relocation package as you advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting their financial goals and explain loan options.
• Support branch operations, assist with onboarding and training as needed.
