Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to grow into a Branch Manager. The role includes a paid training program of 18–24 months, loan origination, credit decisions, and helping recruit and train staff.

You'll support customers in achieving their financial goals, learn branch operations, and have the opportunity for relocation as you advance within the company, with a strong emphasis on growth, teamwork, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions and processing closings.
• Support recruiting and training efforts and help develop plans to meet sales goals.
• Promote our lending services and educate customers on improving credit and debt consolidation.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and help ensure an outstanding customer experience.
