Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in the United States, is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) who will train for 18–24 months and then lead a branch. You will originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending products, and help achieve sales goals while upholding our core values and exceptional customer experience.

The role is 100% onsite in Ohio, with relocation support for promotions, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear path to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit.
• Evaluate loan applications and assist with closing processes.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
