Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to join our on-site team. You will participate in a paid training program and then manage your own branch as promotion opportunities arise.

The role emphasizes helping customers achieve financial goals and advancing within a supportive environment. We offer competitive pay ($45,000 base with an uncapped annual bonus average of $8,000) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation support for promotions, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, with ideal majors in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team while prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals by originating new loan business and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, how to improve credit, and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and reminders; support branch goals and customer experience.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans to drive growth.
