Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Houston with a clear path to management. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training, learn branch operations, and eventually manage your own location.

The role focuses on originating loan business, educating customers, and achieving sales goals while upholding company values. The position is onsite and offers competitive compensation with a robust benefits package, including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager and develop into Branch Manager through paid training.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and improve credit health.
• Support recruitment, training and sales goal planning to enhance customer experience.
