Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Houma, LA to start a paid training path toward Branch Manager. The role focuses on customer service, loan origination, and developing sales plans within a busy branch environment.

You will learn branch operations, assist in recruiting and training, and work toward leadership opportunities as you grow your local market presence. On-site work and relocation support are provided as you advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in branch operations and management training during the paid program.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Support recruiting and training efforts and help implement sales plans.
