Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry‑level Assistant Branch Manager in Fort Mill, SC for on‑site work. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and progress toward a Branch Manager role. Eligible relocation support is provided as you relocate for promotion, with a focus on helping customers meet financial goals.

You’ll grow by originating loans, serving clients, and collaborating on sales plans while embracing our core values and community focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in branch operations and learn to manage branch activities.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Support recruitment, training and sales goal planning for the branch.
