Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Fort Mill, SC. You will participate in an 18-24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management. This role offers relocation support and a clear path to promotion.

You will help customers achieve financial goals by originating loans, educating on lending options, and guiding applications through to closing while promoting our core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit.
• Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruitment, training and sales planning.
• Relocate for promotion to Branch Manager when needed.
