Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Charleston, SC. You will go through an 18–24 month on-the-job training to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will help customers secure loans, educate on lending services and assist with sales goals while upholding our core values. A clear career path and internal promotions are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet their financial goals and educate on lending services.
• Originate new loan opportunities and cross-sell voluntary products.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and branch growth.
