Job summary

Republic Finance in Florence, SC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing financial services team. You will participate in an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then advance to running your own branch.

Your focus includes originating new loan business, educating customers on our lending services, helping customers improve credit, and supporting recruitment and training to meet sales goals while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and related paperwork.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans to meet goals.
