Job summary

Republic Finance in Matthews, NC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager role. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learning branch operations, then manage your own location after relocation.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, and educate on lending services. Relocation is provided when promoted, and the company emphasizes growth, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals.
• Help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business and tailoring consumer loan solutions.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, risk analysis, credit decisions, closings, and insurance claims.
