Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for an entry-level role with a clear path to management. The position is 100% onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC, offering a competitive salary of $45,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

The ABM will undergo 18-24 months of paid training, learn branch operations, and potentially relocate for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to their needs.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and processing insurance claims.
• Support recruiting and training, and help develop plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
• Promote from within and grow into Branch Manager roles through the structured training program.
