Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for an on-site role in Indiana. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learning branch operations and management, with promotion to Branch Manager guided by relocation support.

Your focus is helping customers meet financial goals, originating new loan business, and educating on lending services while ensuring a strong customer experience. Relocation packages are provided for promotions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals and promote core values.
