Job summary

Republic Finance in the United States is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our growing team. You will participate in an 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then be assigned your own branch with relocation if promoted.

Your focus is on helping customers meet financial goals, originating new loan business, educating on consumer lending services, and guiding applicants through the loan process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, finance, sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer relations and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit.
• Guide applicants through the loan process and make timely decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Promote core values and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
