Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes TD's brand promise by delivering a legendary customer experience in the store.
• Performs customer transactions with deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations with accuracy.
• Balances cash drawers, reconciles cash, and handles night deposits.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves concerns following standard procedures.
• Guides customers to self-service and digital options that meet their needs.
• Educates customers on financial products and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Trains and mentors new tellers.
• Maintains compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, and other regulations.
