• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with customers or related experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Complete Teller training and part 1 platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills for multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license may be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer transactions accurately at the teller station or platform.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services.
• Provide consultative support and actionable financial guidance.
• Build trust through educational content and proactive recommendations.
• Manage lead generation and referrals to TD partners and store teams.
• Deliver Legendary customer service and promote TD products to customers.
