Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, safety gear preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; open to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling and networking.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
