Job summary

MSP Design Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative to launch a B2B sales career in promotional products and branded merchandise. You will join a structured training program to build a robust pipeline, cultivate client relationships, and progress toward an Account Executive role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on sales training focused on prospecting, outreach, product knowledge, and closing fundamentals
• Execute daily outbound activity including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM (Facilis)
• Identify client needs and develop creative, program-based solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams across customer service, art, and production to bring ideas to life
• Progress from prospecting to managing opportunities and closing business
