Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to support orders, account needs, and product inquiries.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and existing customers.
• Build relationships with business decision-makers including Service Managers, Operations Managers, CFOs, and Purchasing Teams.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Follow up on provided leads and sales opportunities.
• Manage and support a portfolio of approximately 400 active customer accounts.
• Learn a large catalog of industry-specific products and solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while developing sales skills.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
• Travel opportunities may become available as you grow into the role.

This position starts with a strong customer support and product training foundation designed to help you understand the industry, customers, and sales process. As you develop, you’ll transition into a more sales-focused account management role, typically within 4–6 months.

Additional Information

• Pay: $50,000/yr. salary + Commission (FYE approx. $60-65k/yr.)
• Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
• Location: Bloomington, MN – 100% onsite
• Type: Direct Hire
