Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. This entry-level role supports diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, with full- and part-time options and benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include learning to diagnose brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical, oil changes, tire maintenance, battery installs, and road testing.

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers; road test vehicles.
