Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in the United States. This entry-level role is part of a dynamic team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles. No prior experience required beyond a willingness to learn; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
