Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician as part of Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a fantastic team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive issues, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and road test vehicles. Bridgestone offers competitive pay, training and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
