Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical systems, and road-test customer vehicles.

This entry-level role offers both full- and part-time shifts with benefits from day one, on-the-job training and ASE certifications, a 401(k) plan, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tire maintenance; install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
