Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will learn diagnostics and repairs on brakes, suspensions, cooling, and electrical systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing.

Full- and part-time options include day-one benefits and ASE certification opportunities. You must have a valid driver's license; automotive service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical task skills required.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience in automotive service industry is a plus.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
