Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a high-energy team servicing vehicles and offers full and part-time benefits from day one.

You will learn to diagnose basic automotive issues, perform maintenance, install tires, and road test vehicles. A valid driver's license and basic math/reading/writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
