Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and safety inspections from day one.

This position offers full and part-time benefits from day one, with a tool program and ongoing training opportunities, enabling career growth in the Bridgestone family.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
