Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a busy service line and offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool discounts and paid time off.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and safety checks while gaining ASE-certified training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
